This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
If this is your first photoshoot, don’t worry—I’ll guide you through everything! We’ll chat beforehand about location, outfit ideas, and the overall vibe you’re going for. During the shoot, I’ll direct you with natural poses and prompts so you feel comfortable and relaxed (no modeling experience needed!). My goal is to make it fun, easy, and stress-free while capturing authentic moments you’ll love.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
If you live within 20 miles of London, Ohio, travel is included in your package. For locations beyond 20 miles, travel fees apply as follows:
- 21–40 miles: $25
- 41–60 miles: $50
- 61–80 miles: $75
- 81+ miles: Custom quote (may include lodging if overnight is required)
How long does it take to get our photos?
I want to make sure each image is beautifully edited and ready for you to enjoy! Typically, your digital gallery will be ready within 1–2 weeks after your session. For larger events, it may take a little longer (up to 3–6 weeks). Once your gallery is ready, I’ll send you a link so you can view, download, and share your photos.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Absolutely! I love helping clients find spots that match the vibe they want. I can suggest scenic outdoor locations, charming urban areas, or cozy indoor settings depending on your style and season. If you have a favorite spot, we can definitely make it work too! I’ll guide you to locations that look great on camera and feel comfortable for you.
What should I wear to my photoshoot?
Choose outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. Solid colors and simple patterns usually photograph best. I can give specific tips based on your session style and location.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
If the weather isn’t cooperating, we can reschedule or pick an alternate indoor or covered location. My goal is to make sure your session is fun and stress-free!
How Long is a typical session?
Most portrait sessions last 45–90 minutes, depending on the type of session and the number of people involved.
